Powered by Formability, our custom-built admin application, administrators can create user-friendly, information-rich forms enhanced with interactive maps, visual graphics, and intuitive layouts. By simplifying interactions with state services, the portal acts as a one-stop destination for licenses, permits, certificates, registrations, and applications.

The State of Maryland aimed to modernize its existing user-facing website and deliver a refined, enriched, and more engaging user experience. With an extensive repository of government forms, the challenge was to transform these resources into dynamic web pages while building a platform scalable enough to support future growth.
